I created this piece in 2025 while working as a pastry chef and studying art on the side. Almost every shift I was tasked with decorating lemon cupcakes — filling them with lemon curd, piping the icing, and finishing with dehydrated lemon slices. So I wanted to immortalise them for one of my printmaking class assignments at art school!

I have just 2 variants available, both are unique artworks due to the nature of the printing process. 

The details:
